A Healthy Hands Certified Cooking instructor visits the Center to offer cooking lessons to the children. These fun, age-appropriate classes bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games and story times, and of course, empowering your little one to create their own special healthy dishes!

Dance, sing and play with the Creative Club. Bubbles, egg shakers, scarves, parachute play, and exposure to different instruments make this class fun and interactive. The program ends with a seasonal craft activity.

Certified Youth Yoga instructors bring movement and mindfulness into the classroom. Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises the children are guided to a deeper connection with their own bodies. Youth learn physical skills such as strength, balance and flexibility as well as concepts such as cooperation, compassion, and gratitude all while having a blast.

Classes include movement, music, tumbling, exercise, sports related activities, games, listening and cooperation. Children will increase flexibility, balance and rhythm while improving self-esteem and confidence. Props and imaginary games teach children that fitness is fun!
